The Mortenson | McCarthy team will be responsible for overseeing all construction-related activities, including preconstruction estimating, scheduling and logistics planning, bidding, coordination, and management of all craft employees and trade partners, labor relations, and community engagement. The official hiring is subject to approval by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority.
The Mortenson | McCarthy Joint Venture has a track record in the Las Vegas community. The companies completed construction of the Raiders’ Allegiant Stadium in July 2020, delivering the project on time, within budget, and exceeding all community benefit goals. The project demonstrated workforce diversity, achieving local, small, and women and minority-owned business goals, and establishing a new industry benchmark in sports construction and for Southern Nevada.
